Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Metavron mobile app account and associated personal data. This page explains how to do it in the app and what happens to your data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Metavron app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Open Edit profile.
  4. Scroll to Danger zone at the bottom.
  5. Tap Delete account.
  6. Confirm with Yes, delete my account.

When complete, your session ends and your account is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". We will complete the process within 30 days after verifying your identity.

Data deleted

  • Account information (email, name, profile photo)
  • Location preferences (country, city)
  • Favorites and follows
  • Your reviews and forum content linked to your account
  • Inquiry and message history tied to your account
  • Notification preferences and device push token
  • Boutique or store profile (if applicable)

Data that may be retained

  • Records required by law (e.g. security logs) — up to 90 days
  • Anonymized usage analytics not linked to your identity
  • Data held by third parties (e.g. Google Play purchase records) under their own policies

Processing time

In-app deletion is usually immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
